This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how Apexelle collects, uses, shares, and protects consumer health data in connection with apexelle.com and related services that link to this Policy.

Apexelle is a wellness brand operated in the United States by Chiony Integrative Health Corp. For purposes of this Policy, “Apexelle,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Chiony Integrative Health Corp, doing business under the Apexelle brand.

5. How We Share Consumer Health Data

We may share consumer health data only as described in this Policy, as disclosed to you at the time of collection, with your consent where required, or as otherwise permitted by law.

We do not knowingly permit third parties to collect consumer health data from Apexelle.com over time and across different websites for their own independent advertising purposes. Subject to applicable law, those rights may include the right to confirm whether we collect, share, or sell consumer health data; access consumer health data; obtain a list of third parties and affiliates with whom consumer health data has been shared or sold; withdraw consent; and request deletion of consumer health data.

Apexelle does not sell consumer health data. If Apexelle ever seeks to sell consumer health data as defined by applicable law, we will obtain valid authorization where required before doing so.


11. Additional Information for Nevada Residents

Nevada residents may have additional rights regarding consumer health data under Nevada law, including rights to confirm collection, access consumer health data, obtain information about third-party sharing, request deletion, request correction where applicable, and appeal certain denied requests.
